Helt trasig installationsprocess gör detta oanvändbart efter en hel månad av försök
Efter en månad kan jag fortfarande inte använda JustCall.

Bra HubSpot-integration men dålig support och förvirrande gränssnitt gör det svårt att rekommendera
Efter några veckors användning kunde jag fortfarande inte testa SMS. Bra integrationer med HubSpot, men inte särskilt intuitivt UI och UX.
Integration av kontrakt med HubSpot är sömlös. SMS-mallen ser fantastisk ut (behöver fortfarande testa den). AI Agent telefonsvar är naturligt.
1) Kunde inte få en solid hjälp och stöd från Justcall-teamet för att få 10DLC-godkännande. 3 veckor i processen hittills och fortfarande inte godkänd. 2) Transkriptionerna av röstmeddelanden eller röstsamtal läggs inte till i tidslinjen för anteckningar om kontakter i HubSpot och du måste klicka på länkar och hitta dem - inte lätt att använda. Inte intuitivt alls. 3) Samtalsanteckningar i kontaktanteckningar i HubSpot är för mycket information; Svårt att läsa och inte lätt bläddringsbart. 4) text- och samtals tidslinje för ett enda kontrakt är inte lätt att följa. När jag tittar på mina telefontexter, för en kontakt, ser jag vad som var konversationen, missade jag ett samtal från dem och detaljer om röstmeddelanden jag fick. Jag förväntade mig att Justcall skulle visa mig en tidslinje som den jag har i min Android-samtalsapp på min telefon. (Se Google röst för ett bra exempel). I allmänhet är mycket integration men UI är inte intuitivt. Undersöker andra samtalsappar just nu
