Professionell SMS-hantering med solid HubSpot-integration, men problem med synkronisering av telefonnummer och en enkel mobilapp gör att den inte når upp till toppnivå
JustCall har gjort det möjligt för oss att hantera korrespondens med kunder på ett mer professionellt sätt, vilket sparar tid och gör det lättare att skapa ett omfattande register i HubSpot. Vi tenderar att använda SMS mer än telefonsamtal och det är en stor förbättring jämfört med vad vi gjorde tidigare. Mobilappen är lite rudimentär och skulle kunna dra nytta av förbättrad funktionalitet
Loggning av SMS-meddelandetrådar i HubSpot så att de är synliga för all personal i realtid. Automatiserade snabbsvar (SMS) och röstbrevlådor sparar tid
Felaktig formatering av kundtelefonnummer mellan HubSpot och JustCall har inneburit att inte alla kommunikationstrådar loggas i HubSpot. Kan dra nytta av rörig/smart matchning.

HubSpots push för sin egen produkt hindrar integrationsupplevelsen
HubSpot gör tillägget svårare att använda eftersom de tydligt vill att du ska använda HubSpot-en. Ingenting att göra med JustCall IMO.

Att alltid behöva arbeta runt HubSpot som vill att jag ska använda deras egen produkt.
