Keine Anrufaufzeichnung / Protokollierung
Schrecklich, das ist sehr aufwendig und läuft nicht automatisch ab. Mein Vertriebsteam würde das niemals bei jedem Anruf machen – wir brauchen eine automatisierte Lösung, um das bei verschiedenen VoIP-Anbietern nachzuverfolgen.

Funktioniert selten
Jedes Mal, wenn ich mich aus einer der beiden Apps abmelde, bricht die Verbindung ab. Ich muss die Verbindung mindestens einmal pro Woche neu herstellen. Solange die Verbindung besteht, funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Ich wünschte nur, sie würde einfach bestehen bleiben. Ich habe keine Zeit, die Verbindung ständig neu herzustellen.
