No se graban ni se registran las llamadas
Es horrible, hay que hacerlo todo a mano y no se hace automáticamente. Mi equipo de ventas nunca haría esto con cada llamada; necesitamos una forma automatizada de llevar un seguimiento de esto con diferentes servicios de VoIP.

Casi nunca funciona
Pierdo la conexión cada vez que cierro sesión en cualquiera de las dos aplicaciones. Tengo que restablecer la conexión al menos una vez a la semana. Funciona cuando está conectada. Ojalá se mantuviera conectada. No tengo tiempo para estar reconectándome constantemente.
