Ingen inspelning eller loggning av samtal
Hemskt, det är väldigt manuellt och sker inte automatiskt. Mitt säljteam skulle aldrig orka göra detta för varje samtal – vi behöver ett automatiserat sätt att spåra detta med olika VOIP-tjänster.

Fungerar sällan
Jag tappar anslutningen varje gång jag loggar ut från någon av apparna. Jag måste återställa anslutningen minst en gång i veckan. Det fungerar när den är ansluten. Jag önskar bara att den skulle förbli ansluten. Jag har inte tid att hela tiden ansluta om.
