Fantastische Erfahrung mit Shana und MDM!

Ich bin von meiner Erfahrung mit Shana und MDM begeistert. Jetzt, wo die erste Phase unseres Projekts abgeschlossen ist, liegt es auf der Hand, mit einem neuen Vertrag fortzufahren und auf unserem Erfolg aufzubauen. Ich habe ein kleines Unternehmen (weniger als 5 Teammitglieder) und muss daher bei dieser Art von Ausgaben sehr vorsichtig sein. Der Wert, den wir erhalten haben, war außergewöhnlich und sicherlich viel mehr, als ich erwartet hatte. Shana hat die einzigartige Fähigkeit, sich in die technischen Details einzuarbeiten und gleichzeitig meinem Team alles zu erklären und die benötigten Informationen von ihnen zu erhalten. Ich bewundere ihre Fähigkeit, je nach Situation umzuschalten, um sicherzustellen, dass wir uns auf die für uns wichtigen Themen konzentrieren. Vielen Dank, Shana! HubSpot Systems Rebuild Projekt

Ich wurde durch Mundpropaganda an MDM verwiesen. Wir hatten einige Jahre lang HubSpot verwendet, aber als wir wuchsen, brauchte ich Hilfe beim Aufbau der Systeme und der Berichterstattung für Marketing, Vertrieb und Kundenerfolg. Wir hatten ein umfangreiches Projekt, bei dem wir unsere Lead-Qualifizierungssysteme, Pipelines, Tickets usw. komplett überarbeiten wollten. MDM nahm unsere Anforderungen auf und beriet uns über die besten Möglichkeiten, dies im Rahmen unseres HubSpot-Abonnements zu erreichen. Sie waren sehr sympathisch, reaktionsschnell und kannten sich gut mit dem Produkt aus und wussten, wie wir die Ideen, die wir für Systeme hatten, umsetzen konnten. Sie haben mich nicht einmal darum gebeten, diese Bewertung zu schreiben, ich wollte es. Bevor ich sie beauftragte, verbrachte ich Stunden mit Vorstellungsgesprächen und führte mehrere Telefonate mit mehr als 5 Unternehmen, und mein Team hatte das beste Gefühl bei MDM. Sparen Sie sich die Zeit und beauftragen Sie MDM. Sie bieten die perfekte Mischung aus Wissen und Systemen, um unser Projekt zu verfolgen, aber sie sind auch sehr sympathisch und es macht Spaß, mit ihnen zu arbeiten. Unsere Systeme und Berichte sind fertig und funktionieren hervorragend!

Professioneller, schneller und ausgezeichneter Service

Ich habe mit MDM zusammengearbeitet, um unser E-Mail-Einstellungszentrum und unsere Abmeldeseite zu unterstützen. Innerhalb des ersten Tages unserer Partnerschaft hat Jon im Grunde 80 % der erforderlichen Arbeiten erledigt. Jon war in der Lage, eine Seite für beide Aktionen neu zu gestalten und alle Codierungsprobleme zu korrigieren, die beim Onboarding in HubSpot entdeckt wurden. Von Anfang bis Ende gab MDM einen Zeitrahmen von zwei Wochen an, aber im Grunde war die Arbeit nach vier Tagen abgeschlossen. Es wären zwei Tage gewesen, wenn es nicht zu Verzögerungen auf meiner Seite gekommen wäre. Ich kann MDM nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und würde das Unternehmen für jede künftige Unterstützung empfehlen.

Custom Quote/Proposal Design

To streamline our tech stack and achieve SOC 2 Type II compliance, we aimed to use HubSpot’s integrated quote/proposal tool. However, the off-the-shelf solution was clunky, poorly branded, and lacked customization. Shana and Jon at MDM bent the tool to our needs in a matter of weeks. They took the time to understand our vision, provided regular status updates, and offered opportunities to refine the deliverable until it was perfect. A HubSpot migration success story...

MDM guided our entire migration from a Squarespace site we'd had for years to an entirely new HubSpot site. This transition opened up a lot of doors for us and MDM's expertise was invaluable. Our previous website was relatively basic, so it was a significant jump for us to leverage all of the funalitionaliy available with HubSpot. A key piece to this was (and continues to be) the automated workflows which MDM facilitates. They do an incredible job of capturing our business requirements and translating them into functioning, automated workflows. MDM also provided us with a considerable amount of training and support, enabling our entire team to be comfortable leveraging HubSpot tools, forms, reporting, and more. We're thrilled with the overall look and feel of the website and the progress we've made.

MDM x Verso Ministries

Working with the MDM team (Shana, Liv, Trent) has been great. They've made our lives SO easy. From navigating our previous booking system with an archaic UI to setting up zaps between our new booking system and HubSpot, MDM handled it all. They're creative, personable, and hardworking/do what it takes to get the job done. --Creative: The way they set up our sales pipeline with two different pipelines based on the two kinds of customers we have. This has been great for tracking purposes and monitoring which customers are associated to what. --Personable: I always enjoy our meetings with MDM.
