Un'esperienza fantastica con Shana e MDM!

Sono entusiasta della mia esperienza con Shana e MDM. Ora che la prima fase del nostro progetto è stata completata, non è un problema continuare con un nuovo contratto e proseguire con il nostro successo. Ho una piccola azienda (meno di 5 membri del team) e quindi devo essere cauto su questo tipo di spese. Il valore che abbiamo ricevuto è stato eccezionale e sicuramente molto più di quanto mi aspettassi. Shana ha un'abilità unica nel lavorare sui dettagli tecnici più minuti, ma è stata anche in grado di spiegare tutto al mio team e di ottenere da loro le informazioni di cui aveva bisogno. Ammiro la sua capacità di cambiare rotta man mano che la situazione si evolveva per assicurarsi che dedicassimo tempo alle questioni per noi importanti. Grazie Shana! Non vedo l'ora di passare al livello successivo nei prossimi mesi.

Progetto di ricostruzione dei sistemi HubSpot

Sono stato indirizzato a MDM dal passaparola. Avevamo utilizzato HubSpot per alcuni anni, ma con la nostra crescita avevo bisogno di aiuto per costruire i sistemi e la reportistica per il marketing, le vendite e il successo dei clienti. Risparmiate tempo e assumete MDM. Hanno fornito la miscela perfetta di conoscenze e sistemi per seguire il nostro progetto, ma sono stati anche molto disponibili e piacevoli da lavorare. I nostri sistemi di reporting sono pronti e funzionano alla grande!

Servizio professionale, rapido ed eccellente

Ho collaborato con MDM per l'assistenza al nostro centro di preferenze per le e-mail e alla pagina di annullamento dell'iscrizione. Nel primo giorno della nostra collaborazione, Jon è entrato e ha praticamente eliminato l'80% del lavoro che doveva essere completato. Jon è riuscito a ridisegnare una pagina per gestire entrambe le azioni e a correggere tutti i problemi di codifica riscontrati durante l'onboarding in HubSpot. Dall'inizio alla fine, MDM ha indicato una tempistica di due settimane, ma il processo è stato completato dopo quattro giorni di lavoro. Sarebbero stati due giorni se non ci fossero stati dei ritardi da parte mia. Non posso che parlare bene di MDM e la raccomando per qualsiasi assistenza futura.

Jonathan Pavoni with MDM has been awesome to work with as we migrated from Nimble AMS to HubSpot. He's built out our events calendar with complex membership access restrictions. I would recommend MDM if you are a membership association considering migrating to HubSpot from an association management software platform and need a solution for your event calendar and event registrations.

Custom Quote/Proposal Design

To streamline our tech stack and achieve SOC 2 Type II compliance, we aimed to use HubSpot’s integrated quote/proposal tool. However, the off-the-shelf solution was clunky, poorly branded, and lacked customization. Shana and Jon at MDM bent the tool to our needs in a matter of weeks. They took the time to understand our vision, provided regular status updates, and offered opportunities to refine the deliverable until it was perfect. We've never had a better HubSpot partner than MDM. If you're looking for a team where customer experience matches technical expertise, MDM is the one to choose.

A HubSpot migration success story...

MDM guided our entire migration from a Squarespace site we'd had for years to an entirely new HubSpot site. This transition opened up a lot of doors for us and MDM's expertise was invaluable. Our previous website was relatively basic, so it was a significant jump for us to leverage all of the funalitionaliy available with HubSpot. A key piece to this was (and continues to be) the automated workflows which MDM facilitates. They do an incredible job of capturing our business requirements and translating them into functioning, automated workflows. MDM also provided us with a considerable amount of training and support, enabling our entire team to be comfortable leveraging HubSpot tools, forms, reporting, and more. We're thrilled with the overall look and feel of the website and the progress we've made.

MDM x Verso Ministries

Working with the MDM team (Shana, Liv, Trent) has been great. They've made our lives SO easy. From navigating our previous booking system with an archaic UI to setting up zaps between our new booking system and HubSpot, MDM handled it all. They're creative, personable, and hardworking/do what it takes to get the job done. --Creative: The way they set up our sales pipeline with two different pipelines based on the two kinds of customers we have. This has been great for tracking purposes and monitoring which customers are associated to what. --Personable: I always enjoy our meetings with MDM. They're fun to talk to and work with! --Hard working: Early on in our project, one of the main people on their team left the company. I was initially a bit worried how this would impact our project timeline because at some companies, this would have caused significant roadblocks, but not with MDM! Shana kept the project moving along quite smoothly and we didn't notice any issues on our side. MDM is a great partner for us. While our onboarding is finished and phase two work is wrapping up, Verso looks forward to continuing this partnership in the future as we identify new initiatives we want to pursue with HubSpot.
