Olen innostunut kokemuksestani Shanan ja MDM:n kanssa. Nyt kun projektimme ensimmäinen vaihe on saatu päätökseen, on selvää jatkaa uudella sopimuksella ja jatkaa menestystä. HubSpot Systems Rebuild Project

Minut ohjattiin MDM:ään suusanallisesti. Olimme käyttäneet HubSpotia muutaman vuoden ajan, mutta kun kasvoimme, tarvitsin apua järjestelmien ja raportoinnin rakentamisessa sekä markkinointia, myyntiä että asiakaspalvelua varten. Meillä oli kunnon kokoinen projekti, jossa uusimme kokonaan liidien karsintajärjestelmät, putket, liput jne. MDM otti huomioon tarpeemme ja konsultoi parhaista tavoista toteuttaa se HubSpot-tilauksemme puitteissa. He olivat erittäin sympaattisia, reagoivia ja asiantuntevia tuotteesta ja siitä, miten voisimme ottaa järjestelmiä koskevat ideamme käyttöön ja toteuttaa ne. Ammattitaitoinen, nopea ja erinomainen palvelu

Työskentelin MDM:n kanssa sähköpostipreferenssikeskuksemme ja peruutussivumme avustamiseksi. Yhteistyömme ensimmäisen päivän aikana Jon meni sisään ja hoiti 80 prosenttia tarvittavista töistä. Jon pystyi suunnittelemaan yhden sivun uudelleen käsittelemään molempia toimintoja ja korjaamaan kaikki koodausongelmat, jotka havaittiin HubSpotin käyttöönoton yhteydessä. MDM antoi aikatauluksi kahden viikon prosessin alusta loppuun, mutta se saatiin periaatteessa valmiiksi neljän päivän työn jälkeen. Työn kesto olisi ollut kaksi päivää, ellei minun puoleltani olisi ilmennyt viivästyksiä. En voi kehua MDM:ää enempää, ja suosittelen heitä, jos tarvitsen apua tulevaisuudessa.

Custom Quote/Proposal Design

To streamline our tech stack and achieve SOC 2 Type II compliance, we aimed to use HubSpot’s integrated quote/proposal tool. However, the off-the-shelf solution was clunky, poorly branded, and lacked customization. Shana and Jon at MDM bent the tool to our needs in a matter of weeks. They took the time to understand our vision, provided regular status updates, and offered opportunities to refine the deliverable until it was perfect. A HubSpot migration success story...

MDM guided our entire migration from a Squarespace site we'd had for years to an entirely new HubSpot site. This transition opened up a lot of doors for us and MDM's expertise was invaluable. Our previous website was relatively basic, so it was a significant jump for us to leverage all of the funalitionaliy available with HubSpot. A key piece to this was (and continues to be) the automated workflows which MDM facilitates. They do an incredible job of capturing our business requirements and translating them into functioning, automated workflows. MDM also provided us with a considerable amount of training and support, enabling our entire team to be comfortable leveraging HubSpot tools, forms, reporting, and more. We're thrilled with the overall look and feel of the website and the progress we've made.
