Fantastic experience with Shana and MDM!

I am thrilled with my experience with Shana and MDM. Now that the first phase of our project is completed, it's a no-brainer to continue with a new contract and build on our success. I have a small business (fewer than 5 team members) and therefore have to be cautious about these kind of expenses. The value we received was exceptional and certainly much more than I anticipated. Shana has a unique ability to work in the nitty gritty technical details, while also being able to explain everything to my team and get the information she needed from them. I admire her ability to pivot as the situation evolved to make sure we were spending time on issues that were important to us. Thanks Shana! HubSpot Systems Rebuild Project

I was referred to MDM by word of mouth. We had used HubSpot for a few years but as we were growing I needed help building the systems and reporting for both marketing, sales, and customer success. We had a decent-sized project of totally redoing our lead qualification systems, pipelines, tickets etc. MDM took what we were needing and consulted on the best ways to accomplish that within our subscription in HubSpot. They were very personable, responsive, and knowledgable about the product and how we could take the ideas we had for systems and implement them. They didn't even ask me to do this review, I wanted to. Before I hired them, I spent hours interviewing and had multiple calls with 5+ companies and my team felt the best about MDM. Save yourself time and hire MDM. They provided the perfect blend of knowledge and systems to track our project, but they were also very personable and enjoyable to work with. Our systems are reporting are done and working awesome!

Professional, Quick, and Excellent Service

I worked with MDM on assistance with our email preference center and unsubscribe page. Within the first day of our partnership, Jon went in and basically knocked out 80% of the work that needed to be completed. Jon was able to redesign one page to handle both actions and correct all coding issues that were discovered when onboarding to HubSpot. From start to finish, MDM gave the timeline of a two-week process, but it was basically completed after four days of work. Would have been two days if not for delays on my end. I cannot speak more highly of MDM and would recommend them for any assistance needed in the future.

Jonathan Pavoni with MDM has been awesome to work with as we migrated from Nimble AMS to HubSpot. He's built out our events calendar with complex membership access restrictions. Custom Quote/Proposal Design

To streamline our tech stack and achieve SOC 2 Type II compliance, we aimed to use HubSpot’s integrated quote/proposal tool. However, the off-the-shelf solution was clunky, poorly branded, and lacked customization. Shana and Jon at MDM bent the tool to our needs in a matter of weeks. They took the time to understand our vision, provided regular status updates, and offered opportunities to refine the deliverable until it was perfect. A HubSpot migration success story...

MDM guided our entire migration from a Squarespace site we'd had for years to an entirely new HubSpot site. This transition opened up a lot of doors for us and MDM's expertise was invaluable. Our previous website was relatively basic, so it was a significant jump for us to leverage all of the funalitionaliy available with HubSpot. A key piece to this was (and continues to be) the automated workflows which MDM facilitates. They do an incredible job of capturing our business requirements and translating them into functioning, automated workflows. MDM also provided us with a considerable amount of training and support, enabling our entire team to be comfortable leveraging HubSpot tools, forms, reporting, and more. We're thrilled with the overall look and feel of the website and the progress we've made.

MDM x Verso Ministries

Working with the MDM team (Shana, Liv, Trent) has been great. They've made our lives SO easy. From navigating our previous booking system with an archaic UI to setting up zaps between our new booking system and HubSpot, MDM handled it all. They're creative, personable, and hardworking/do what it takes to get the job done. --Creative: The way they set up our sales pipeline with two different pipelines based on the two kinds of customers we have. This has been great for tracking purposes and monitoring which customers are associated to what. --Personable: I always enjoy our meetings with MDM. They're fun to talk to and work with! --Hard working: Early on in our project, one of the main people on their team left the company. I was initially a bit worried how this would impact our project timeline because at some companies, this would have caused significant roadblocks, but not with MDM!
