Select the contact &/or company properties that contain the phone numbers you want to be screened against the TPS/CTPS database as well as selecting the property that you want the status of the phone number to be written to.
Schedule the process to run at a time convenient for your business.
While generally run overnight, schedule the process to run at any time which is convenient for your business up to 7 days a week.
Rest assured that your records will show the latest TPS/CTPS status.
When one of your phone numbers is added or removed from either database, the Asterlogic Compliance Tool will update your HubSpot record to show if the phone number is safe to call or not.

Herramienta fantástica
El sistema fue increíblemente fácil de configurar, y el equipo de implementación y ventas nos apoyó mucho y fue muy proactivo. La herramienta en sí es sencilla y está bien diseñada, por lo que contar con apoyo humano parecía una ventaja. La aplicación funciona a diario para nosotros y nos permite determinar a qué números se puede llamar y a cuáles no. Mantenemos el cumplimiento comprobando el estado de la llamada antes de intentar hacerla. La alternativa a Asterlogic consistía en exportar e importar manualmente los números de teléfono para cotejarlos mensualmente con los registros TPS y CTPS. Este sistema nos ha ahorrado tiempo y ha limitado nuestra responsabilidad en el movimiento de datos.
Estamos utilizando las herramientas de Asterlogic para cubrir nuestros requisitos de cumplimiento de TPS y CTPS.
Es fácil de usar y le ofrece conformidad y tranquilidad. La mayor parte del trabajo duro se hace por usted.
No creo que haya ninguna desventaja. Puede que existan soluciones más complejas que puedan bloquear llamadas si están en el registro TPS/ CTPS, o que puedan funcionar en tiempo real, pero no he podido encontrar fácilmente información sobre ellas, y las que he podido, no están disponibles a este precio.
