Functies
Easily select which properties to screen.
Select the contact &/or company properties that contain the phone numbers you want to be screened against the TPS/CTPS database as well as selecting the property that you want the status of the phone number to be written to.
Schedule the process to run at a time convenient for your business.
While generally run overnight, schedule the process to run at any time which is convenient for your business up to 7 days a week.
Rest assured that your records will show the latest TPS/CTPS status.
When one of your phone numbers is added or removed from either database, the Asterlogic Compliance Tool will update your HubSpot record to show if the phone number is safe to call or not.

Fantastisch hulpmiddel
Het systeem was ongelooflijk eenvoudig in te stellen en het implementatie- en verkoopteam waren erg behulpzaam en proactief. De tool op zich is eenvoudig en overzichtelijk, dus de menselijke ondersteuning die er bovenop kwam leek een bonus. De applicatie draait dagelijks voor ons en stelt ons in staat om te bepalen welke nummers wel en niet gebeld kunnen worden. We houden ons aan de regels door de belstatus te controleren voordat we proberen te bellen. Het alternatief voor het gebruik van Asterlogic was het handmatig exporteren en importeren van telefoonnummers om deze maandelijks te controleren aan de hand van het TPS- en CTPS-register. Dit systeem heeft ons tijd bespaard en onze aansprakelijkheid voor gegevensverkeer beperkt.
We gebruiken tools van Asterlogic om te voldoen aan onze TPS- en CTPS-vereisten.
Het is eenvoudig te gebruiken en geeft je compliance en gemoedsrust. Het meeste werk wordt voor je gedaan.
Ik denk niet dat er een nadeel is. Misschien zijn er complexere oplossingen die oproepen kunnen blokkeren als ze in het TPS/ CTPS-register staan, of oplossingen die in realtime kunnen werken, maar ik kon hier niet gemakkelijk informatie over vinden en de oplossingen die ik wel kon vinden, zijn niet beschikbaar voor dit prijspunt.
