Fantastic Tool

The system was incredibly easy to set up, with the implementation and sales team really supportive an proactive. The tool in itself is simple and laid out well, so having human support on top seemed like a bonus. The application is running daily for us, and allows us to determine what numbers can and cannot be called. We maintain compliance by checking the call status before attempting to make a call. The alternative to using Asterlogic was manually exporting and importing phone numbers to check against the TPS and CTPS register monthly. This system has saved us time, and restricted our data movement liability.

It is simple to use and gives you compliance and peace of mind. Most of the hard work is done for you.

I do not think there is a disadvantage. There may be solutions more complex out there that can block calls out if on the TPS/ CTPS register, or ones that can run in real-time, but I could not easily find information on these, and for those that I could, they are not available at this price point.
