Easily select which properties to screen.
Select the contact &/or company properties that contain the phone numbers you want to be screened against the TPS/CTPS database as well as selecting the property that you want the status of the phone number to be written to.
Schedule the process to run at a time convenient for your business.
While generally run overnight, schedule the process to run at any time which is convenient for your business up to 7 days a week.
Rest assured that your records will show the latest TPS/CTPS status.
When one of your phone numbers is added or removed from either database, the Asterlogic Compliance Tool will update your HubSpot record to show if the phone number is safe to call or not.

시스템 설정이 매우 쉬웠고, 구현 및 영업팀에서 적극적으로 지원해 주었습니다. 도구 자체가 간단하고 잘 구성되어 있어 인적 지원은 보너스처럼 느껴졌습니다. 이 애플리케이션은 매일 실행되며 어떤 번호로 전화할 수 있고 어떤 번호로 전화할 수 없는지 결정할 수 있습니다. 저희는 통화를 시도하기 전에 통화 상태를 확인하여 규정 준수를 유지하고 있습니다. Asterlogic을 사용하기 전에는 전화번호를 수동으로 내보내고 가져와서 매월 TPS 및 CTPS 레지스터와 대조하여 확인했습니다. 이 시스템을 통해 시간을 절약하고 데이터 이동에 대한 책임을 제한할 수 있었습니다.
