Brillante apoyo a lo largo de nuestra migración a HubSpot

Trabajar con Aira (por segunda vez en otros tantos años) ha sido brillante. Desde el principio, el equipo demostró una gran comprensión de las complejidades comerciales y técnicas que implica la consolidación de múltiples sistemas en un único CRM limpio, es decir, HubSpot. Dada la naturaleza de nuestro negocio y el gran número de clientes potenciales que recibimos a diario, la transición podría haberse convertido fácilmente en algo increíblemente perturbador, pero Aira lo manejó todo con serena profesionalidad y una estructura clara en todo momento. Kathryn en particular fue excepcional. Ella tiene un profundo conocimiento de HubSpot con un enfoque muy práctico y tranquilo, manteniendo las cosas en movimiento y en la fecha prevista, mientras que también se asegura de que el detalle era perfecto. Our experience of using Aira for HubSpot implementation and training has been excellent and we can't recommend Aira and Kathryn Monkcom, in particular, enough. They were organised and methodical in their approach. Suggesting a plan for implementation but while being very flexible when it came to the things that were important to us and the features they felt we most needed training on. Kathryn was good at explaining the options, running at our pace, and always completed things when she said she would. She was attentive to our needs and took the time to understand our business, opitimising the way we use HubSpot. Aira clearly know the HubSpot platform inside and out - there wasn't a question we could think of that they couldn't answer.

A great start

Hi We had started with the CRM in HubSpot and wanted to really get the best from it. We knew it would help but as we are not a very IT-savvy company we really needed a solid onboarding process.
