Brilliant support throughout our migration to HubSpot

Working Aira (for the second time in as many years) has been brilliant. From the outset, the team demonstrated a strong grasp of the commercial and technical complexities involved in consolidating multiple systems into a single, clean CRM - ie HubSpot. Give the nature of our business and large numbers of leads coming in daily, the transition could easily have become incredibly disruptive, but Aira handled it all with calm professionalism and clear structure throughout. Kathryn in particular was outstanding. She has deep HubSpot knowledge with a very practical and calm approach, keeping things moving and on schedule while also making sure the detail was perfect. Her communication was clear, proactive and solution-focused at every stage, which made a real difference during some of the more intricate parts of the migration. The end result is a joined-up HubSpot setup that gives us much better visibility across sales and marketing, and a stronger platform to build from. We'd have had no chance of getting the migration done without them! I would have no hesitation in recommending Aira to any organisation looking to implement or migrate to HubSpot.

Our experience of using Aira for HubSpot implementation and training has been excellent and we can't recommend Aira and Kathryn Monkcom, in particular, enough. They were organised and methodical in their approach. Suggesting a plan for implementation but while being very flexible when it came to the things that were important to us and the features they felt we most needed training on. Kathryn was good at explaining the options, running at our pace, and always completed things when she said she would. She was attentive to our needs and took the time to understand our business, opitimising the way we use HubSpot. Aira clearly know the HubSpot platform inside and out - there wasn't a question we could think of that they couldn't answer.

A great start

Hi We had started with the CRM in HubSpot and wanted to really get the best from it. We knew it would help but as we are not a very IT-savvy company we really needed a solid onboarding process.
