Muy buena cooperación con Alex y Miguel. Hay un cambio rápido y un pensamiento real en nuestro proceso, muy satisfechos con ello. Las características a veces no funcionan correctamente o ajustes requieren codificación dura, que todavía crea dependencia y menos espacio para utilizar todo el potencial. El objetivo es darle la vuelta a esto.

Servicio rápido y competente

Hemos estado trabajando con HubSpot desde hace unos años y queríamos que nuestro nuevo sitio web también lo fuera. Cuex convirtió nuestro diseño gráfico en plantillas rápida y hábilmente. A lo largo del proceso, también pensaron con nuevas ideas y se les ocurrieron soluciones adecuadas o buenos consejos. Dado que nosotros mismos tenemos bastantes conocimientos técnicos, sentaron una buena base para que siguiéramos trabajando en ella.

CuEx assisted our organization with the HubSpot onboarding process, and their approach—particularly Levi’s—was pragmatic, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. As someone who has never worked with HubSpot, Alex has been an amazing guide in helping me advance my knowledge base and skill set. My colleagues who have had past experience in HubSpot have now come to me for assistance. I really enjoyed how Alex took the time to hear my thought process rather than simply telling me what to do. This guidance tactic meant I could learn quickly and understand the logic rather than just doing what someone says. He is great at pointing me in the correct direction rather than spoon-feeding me. Alex can get into the different mindsets of the different positions within our team, meaning he can give specific and relevant advice and solutions. No matter the question or problem raised, he thinks about it from absolutely every angle, leaving no stone unturned, which we really appreciate. He is fast, clear and reliable. We really enjoy working with Alex.

Excellent Migration and top-notch support

CUEX has stood out throughout the process by being patient, understanding, and proactive with us. Guus took his time to understand our issues and concerns and provide a solution that would work for us. Since we started, the team has been quick to respond, has showcased their deep understanding of the systems, and has been happy to provide us with the assistance we needed. We had really specific and detailed requests, and they extended their services to help us overcome them and provided advice on the topics we might have otherwise missed. There were a few bumps here and there, especially in the early stage of establishing comms, but this was quickly resolved. And if you take away anything from this review - keep this in mind, as it is essential.

Pleasant approach

I had worked with Cuex in the past and came to know their staff members as efficient and to the point. When I now needed help with some specific reporting and user questions, they helped me out in a tailored session which was, again, efficient and addressed all my points. I have no doubt recommending Cheryl and her team at Cuex!
