Trabajar con Fileroom en nuestra migración de Salesforce a HubSpot ha sido excepcional. Gestionamos múltiples servicios a nivel nacional y utilizamos HubSpot como columna vertebral de nuestras operaciones, no sólo como CRM. Con más de 200.000 contactos y una compleja red de servicios, objetos y flujos de trabajo relacionados, necesitábamos un socio que pudiera manejar la escala y hacerlo sencillo. Alex y el equipo de File Room tienen un conocimiento muy profundo de HubSpot y han sido capaces de ayudarnos a navegar por algunos procesos bastante complejos y personalizados. Como ejemplo, Alex fue más allá en la creación de un recurso de GitHub para nuestro equipo web para implementar fácilmente acciones de formulario personalizadas, que se utilizarán para incorporar a nuestros clientes a campañas de goteo de correo electrónico. Great customer focused experience

These guys have been amazing! We've engaged them for swapping to HubSpot for our CRM and the experience has been great. Nothing is a problem and their quick to respond to any questions we throw at them. Special shout-out to Alex who is always available (the guy never sleeps) to jump on a video call or reply to questions. Emma and the fileroom team have provided high-level growth marketing strategies for PR and building community partnerships, which has helped make my not-for-profit campaign a huge success!
