Forecast is a project management platform for effective project and resource management, all in one place. Connecting all project operations from quote to invoice, Forecast brings end-to-end visibility across your entire project lifecycle.
Connect HubSpot with Forecast to align your sales department and project delivery teams. The integration allows you to turn HubSpot deals into Forecast Projects, so you can get better visibility of your project pipeline and more accurately plan your available resources. With the client import from HubSpot, you can also have one source of truth for your client records without updating client information in separate systems.

Turn HubSpot Deals into Forecast Projects
When Deals in HubSpot reach a certain stage, they'll be created as a Project in Forecast. The Deal stage at which you’d like a Project to be created in Forecast is chosen by you, as well as the Project status and win probability. As Deals move through each stage in HubSpot, the Forecast win probability and Project status will be updated.

Forecast project information is automatically updated in HubSpot
Once you set up the HubSpot and Forecast integration, Forecast will create 22 project information properties in HubSpot. As you plan out your Forecast Project in more detail, the project information properties (e.g. start and end date) will be updated in HubSpot. You can select which properties you want to see on the Deal view in HubSpot.

Import your clients from HubSpot into Forecast
Import your clients from HubSpot into Forecast, so you don’t need to manually create them and then keep their information up to date in two different systems. Any changes made to client information in HubSpot will update automatically in Forecast.
