Échec total de l'intégration - tout promettre, mais ne rien livrer du tout
L'intégration ne fonctionne tout simplement pas, et il semble que ce soit un problème du côté d'Issuu.
J'ai été séduit par les avantages promis par cette intégration, mais rien ne fonctionne. HubSpot dit que l'intégration est connectée avec succès, mais Issuu n'envoie AUCUNE donnée à HubSpot. C'est à Issuu de résoudre ce problème, et ils ne sont pas à la hauteur de la tâche
En plus de ces problèmes, si vous contactez le support client d'Issuu, leur autorépondeur vous indique qu'ils n'accuseront pas réception de votre demande de support de manière significative, qu'ils ne peuvent pas promettre qu'ils corrigeront les bugs que vous avez signalés et qu'ils ne vous donneront pas de mise à jour dans le cas où ils décideraient de les corriger.
