完全な統合の失敗 - すべてを約束するが、まったく何も提供しない
統合がうまくいかないのは、Issuu側の問題のようだ。
この統合で約束された利点に誘われましたが、文字通り何も機能していません。HubSpotは統合に成功したと言っていますが、IssuuはHubSpotにデータを送信していません。この問題はIssuuが解決しなければならないのですが、Issuuにはその能力がありません。
上記の問題に加えて、Issuuのカスタマーサポートに連絡しても、自動返信メールには、サポートリクエストを有意義な形で承認しないこと、報告されたバグを修正することを約束できないこと、修正することになったとしても最新情報を提供しないことが書かれています。
