Complete mislukte integratie - belooft alles maar levert absoluut niets
De integratie werkt gewoon niet en het lijkt een probleem te zijn aan de Issuu-kant van de vergelijking.
Ik werd gelokt door de voordelen die deze integratie beloofde, maar letterlijk niets ervan werkt. HubSpot zegt dat de integratie succesvol is aangesloten, maar Issuu stuurt helemaal geen gegevens naar HubSpot. Het is Issuu's probleem om op te lossen, en ze zijn niet opgewassen tegen hun taak.
Bovenop de bovenstaande problemen, als je contact opneemt met de klantenservice van Issuu, vertelt hun autoresponder je dat ze je ondersteuningsverzoek op geen enkele zinvolle manier zullen bevestigen, niet kunnen beloven dat ze de bugs die je hebt gerapporteerd zullen oplossen, en je geen update zullen geven in het geval ze ervoor kiezen om het op te lossen.
