Complete integration failure - promises everything but delivers absolutely nothing
The integration flat out doesn't work, and it appears to be a problem on the Issuu side of the equation.
I was lured in by the benefits promised by this integration, but literally none of it works. HubSpot says the integration is connected successfully, but Issuu is not sending ANY data to HubSpot. It is Issuu's issue to resolve, and they are not up to the task
On top of the above issues, if you reach out to Issuu's customer support, their autoresponder tells you that they will not acknowledge your support request in any meaningful way, cannot promise they will fix the bugs you've reported, and will not give you an update in the event they do choose to fix it.
