J'ai eu le plaisir de travailler avec Trudy et Andy West lors de la migration du système CRM de Wildfire de Salesforce à HubSpot. Bien que notre système ne soit pas excessivement complexe, nous sommes passés d'un accès mono-utilisateur à un accès multi-utilisateurs, ce qui signifiait que le nouveau système devait répondre à un éventail beaucoup plus large d'exigences. En outre, nous avions plus de 20 ans d'historique à gérer et à décider ce qui valait la peine d'être migré et ce que nous pouvions nous permettre de laisser derrière nous.
