Poco pratico: tutto deve essere controllato attraverso di esso, non ha molto senso.
Se l'avete lasciata, dovete controllare tutto da Superchat e questo non ha molto senso.

Integrazione deludente con false promesse: la sincronizzazione non funziona e l'assistenza si assume le proprie responsabilità.
La sincronizzazione non funziona come pubblicizzato. È possibile stabilire una connessione, ma la sincronizzazione non funziona in entrambe le direzioni. Inoltre, i campi o gli attributi delle proprietà non possono essere collegati tra loro. Mi chiedo quale valore aggiunto offra questa "interfaccia" tra Superchat e HubSpot. Anche la cronologia della chat non si riflette nel contatto. I team di assistenza di entrambe le aziende si accusano a vicenda.
