Unhandy - everything has to be controlled via it, makes little sense
Have left it, you then have to control everything from Superchat and that makes little sense

Disappointing integration with false promises - synchronization does not work and support shifts responsibility
Synchro does not work as advertised. A connection can be established, but the syncho does not work in both directions. Also, the property fields or attributes cannot be linked with each other. I ask myself what added value this "interface" between Superchat and HubSpot offers at all. The chat history is also not reflected in the contact. The support teams of both companies are blaming each other.
