Enttäuschende Integration mit falschen Versprechungen - Synchronisation funktioniert nicht und Support schiebt Verantwortung ab
Synchro funktioniert nicht so wie angepriesen. Eine Verbindung lässt sich zwar herstellen, aber die Syncho in beiden Richtungen funktioniert nicht. Auch können die Eigenschaftsfelder bzw. Attribute nicht miteinander verknüpft werden. Ich stelle mir dabei die Frage, welchen Mehrwert diese "Schnittstelle" zwischen Superchat und HubSpot überhaupt bietet. Der Chatverlauf, wird im Kontakt auch nicht widergespiegelt. Die Support-Teams beider Unternehmen schieben sich die Schuld zu.
