Attuazione e cooperazione di qualità

Dal gennaio 2025 abbiamo iniziato a lavorare con BrixCRM come partner per l'implementazione del sistema CRM, con Maarten come consulente. Egli pensa in modo critico alle costruzioni necessarie all'interno della nostra organizzazione per quanto riguarda il sistema. Lo scorso periodo abbiamo avuto preziose sessioni di esigenze e desideri, guida e formazione che sono state cruciali per le fondamenta del sistema. Ora che abbiamo ancora più espansione e miglioramenti nella nostra pianificazione, continueremo naturalmente la nostra bella collaborazione per il prossimo periodo!

Vanuit Dura Vermeer divisie Bouw & Vastgoed hebben we met BrixCRM in 2023 op onze werkmaatschappij in Hengelo de 1e stappen gezet om marketing automation en CRM door middel van HubSpot te implementeren. We hebben ons daarbij gericht op de commerciële aanpak van conceptuele woningbouw een specifiek marktsegment waarin we krachtig innoveren en een sterke groeidoelstelling hebben. De medewerkers van Brix hebben ons geadviseerd en geholpen met de implementatie. De expertise van Brix was van grote waarde op functioneel gebied bij de inrichting van ons account, workflows, reports etc. maar zeker ook op organisatorisch gebied daar waar het aankomt op vraagstukken op het gebied van ICT, security en privacy. We zijn dan ook zeer tevreden over de samenwerking. In 2023, we started working with BrixCRM after a selection process with several implementation partners. The choice quickly fell on BrixCRM because of the good reference with a sister company and created confidence in the response to the requirements we set. After the kick-off, the implementation process was professional. Despite the excellent preparations, some issues after implementation could not have been anticipated. Maarten, our consultant, always responded quickly to propose and implement a solution where necessary. We have always experienced the collaboration with Maarten as very pleasant, professional, and always calmly looking for the right solution. We can recommend BrixCRM.

Professional and personal approach for excellent HubSpot integration with our Sugar CRM and website

After implementing Sugar CRM with Brix several years ago, we recently partnered with Brix to connect HubSpot Marketing to our Sugar CRM and Wordpress website. Brix expertly customized HubSpot and integrated it seamlessly with our custom Sugar system. Before integration, we brought together our plans and their expertise to align them with our specific requirements and existing processes and workflows.The HubSpot and Sugar test environment helped us to test all processes before going live and the integration went smoothly and quickly. Since the implementation, our marketing department has worked closely with Brix marketing support to be trained in using HubSpot and set up new workflows, reports and dashboards. Overall, our experience with Brix has been and continues to be a pleasant one, and I highly recommend them for any HubSpot implementation and CRM integration needs.

De consultants van Brix dachten heel constructief mee na over onze processen in het implementatieproces van HubSpot. Die samenwerking zorgde ervoor dat de implementatie beter is opgezet dan we initieel gehoopt hadden. Ons ERP systeem is best wel complex en die integratie had dus wel wat uitdagingen. Hun product Traffix is goed opgebouwd, waardoor veel problematieken snel opgelost werden. Daarnaast is er tijdens de samenwerking een heel vlotte interactie geweest over de overige implementatie uitdagingen, waardoor er steeds een constructieve oplossing te vinden was. I like!
