Vanuit Dura Vermeer divisie Bouw & Vastgoed hebben we met BrixCRM in 2023 op onze werkmaatschappij in Hengelo de 1e stappen gezet om marketing automation en CRM door middel van HubSpot te implementeren. We hebben ons daarbij gericht op de commerciële aanpak van conceptuele woningbouw een specifiek marktsegment waarin we krachtig innoveren en een sterke groeidoelstelling hebben. De medewerkers van Brix hebben ons geadviseerd en geholpen met de implementatie. De expertise van Brix was van grote waarde op functioneel gebied bij de inrichting van ons account, workflows, reports etc. maar zeker ook op organisatorisch gebied daar waar het aankomt op vraagstukken op het gebied van ICT, security en privacy. We zijn dan ook zeer tevreden over de samenwerking. Vooral het enthousiasme waarmee alle betrokken Brix medewerkers voor ons aan de slag zijn gegaan werd zeer gewaardeerd en heeft mede geresulteerd in een succesvolle implementatie.

BrixCRM heeft ons geholpen als implementatiepartner voor onze HubSpot-integratie. Hoewel het traject niet zonder hobbels verliep, waren we uiteindelijk erg tevreden met hun inzet en expertise. Rollepaal's strategic transition to HubSpot: BrixCRM helped us improve our operational efficiency

Rollepaal Pipe Extrusion Technology recently updated its sales and marketing systems by migrating from Salesforce, Mailchimp and Umbraco to HubSpot, enhancing efficiency in customer engagement and operational processes. This improvement, facilitated by the expertise provided by BrixCRM, particularly consultant Maarten van Barneveld, has equipped our teams with a more robust and customized toolset. Despite the technical complexity and strategic importance of this project, the BrixCRM team exhibited a down-to-earth approach and a consistently friendly attitude, which significantly facilitated the collaboration between our teams. This approachability and willingness to understand Rollepaal’s unique operational needs and challenges were instrumental in tailoring HubSpot’s capabilities to our requirements. Our transition to HubSpot allows for better management of customer relations and streamlines our marketing efforts by utilizing its advanced analytics and automation features. The result is a more effective marketing and sales process. Good implementation in good cooperation

In 2023, we started working with BrixCRM after a selection process with several implementation partners. The choice quickly fell on BrixCRM because of the good reference with a sister company and created confidence in the response to the requirements we set. After the kick-off, the implementation process was professional. Despite the excellent preparations, some issues after implementation could not have been anticipated. Maarten, our consultant, always responded quickly to propose and implement a solution where necessary. We have always experienced the collaboration with Maarten as very pleasant, professional, and always calmly looking for the right solution. We can recommend BrixCRM.

Professional and personal approach for excellent HubSpot integration with our Sugar CRM and website

After implementing Sugar CRM with Brix several years ago, we recently partnered with Brix to connect HubSpot Marketing to our Sugar CRM and Wordpress website. Brix expertly customized HubSpot and integrated it seamlessly with our custom Sugar system. Before integration, we brought together our plans and their expertise to align them with our specific requirements and existing processes and workflows.The HubSpot and Sugar test environment helped us to test all processes before going live and the integration went smoothly and quickly. Since the implementation, our marketing department has worked closely with Brix marketing support to be trained in using HubSpot and set up new workflows, reports and dashboards. Overall, our experience with Brix has been and continues to be a pleasant one, and I highly recommend them for any HubSpot implementation and CRM integration needs.

Highly collaborative partnership with BRIX

Despite quite a complex project to find and implement a new CRM, Maarten Van Barneveld (BRIX Consultant), ensured we were supported, listened to and professionally managed from start to implementation. Maarten had the unenviable task of having to get up to speed with our company business and market sector language (Aviation)! And tailor the CRM to meet the specific needs of SGI's Aviation consultancy business. He did this promptly, with maximum results. Refining the CRM as requested along the new CRM journey.

Constructieve samenwerking in een complexe integratie problematiek

De consultants van Brix dachten heel constructief mee na over onze processen in het implementatieproces van HubSpot. Die samenwerking zorgde ervoor dat de implementatie beter is opgezet dan we initieel gehoopt hadden. Ons ERP systeem is best wel complex en die integratie had dus wel wat uitdagingen. Hun product Traffix is goed opgebouwd, waardoor veel problematieken snel opgelost werden. Daarnaast is er tijdens de samenwerking een heel vlotte interactie geweest over de overige implementatie uitdagingen, waardoor er steeds een constructieve oplossing te vinden was. I like!

Great implementation with down-to-earth people

Brixcrm helped us really well with implementing HubSpot. From the start till the end they've been very helpful and also patience when needed. We had some challenges with integrating with Salesforce due to some advanced internal customizations. But thanks to the help from Brix (in special Maarten and Hidde) we fixed it and it's working perfectly now. The communication was really nice and absolutely not sales-minded what I'm sometimes used to with projects like these. Overall really satisfied with the implementation.
