Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Bullhorn and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen

Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.
Sync Bullhorn and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing Opportunities, Candidates, Contacts, Leads and Companies between HubSpot and Bullhorn. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.

同期の問題と回避策により、便利なデータ転送機能があるにもかかわらず、この統合はかなり手動で不便なものとなっている。
同期がよく切れるので、必要な機能を得るために独自の回避策を考えなければなりませんでした。HubSpotに入社した当初に期待していたことがすべてできるわけではありません。
以前はBullhornの外部でスプレッドシートに保存されていたHubSpotからのダウンロードアクティビティを、Bullhornシステムで更新できるようになりました。
2つのプラットフォーム間でメモをやり取りするために、メモアプリをダウンロードする必要がありました。2つのプラットフォームで同期方法が異なるため、毎月HubSpotに案件を手動でアップロードしています。HubSpotはメールアドレスごとに新しいコンタクトを作成するため、何千ものコンタクトが重複しています。Bullhornに保存されている候補者のメールアドレスが1つで、リンクされているコンタクトが採用担当者のメールアドレスである場合、HubSpotに重複したレコードが作成されます。同期によってBullhornのデータが更新され、私たちが気づかないうちにデータが変更されていたため、請求先やプロセスが混乱してしまうという問題が何度も発生しました。全体的にかなり不便で、最も効率的な方法で同期を行うことができていません。

This is a core function to communicate between recruitment officers and managers between Bullhorn and HubSpot. Notes for contact, company, or deal will not map over properly.
