Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Bullhorn and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen

Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.
Sync Bullhorn and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing Opportunities, Candidates, Contacts, Leads and Companies between HubSpot and Bullhorn. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.

Need HubSpot's full suite to make it work
If what you're looking for is the bare minimum connectivity, I'm sure it would be fine, but you need Enterprise and Data Hub to pass anything more than simple identifying information back and forth. Jobs and Placements are completely untouchable as objects in the native connector without Enterprise. I had to work with an engineer to build an API to go around this connector and ended up turning the whole thing off.
The connectivity for what it passes back and forth is fine and works well.
The way HubSpot's pricing works in order to make this a usable connector.

Field Mapping and Testing - No Help
It's been a month and I am not using HubSpot with Bullhorn at all yet.
None yet.
Connections, integrations, field mapping - all of them are currently blockers.
