Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Bullhorn and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen

Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.
Sync Bullhorn and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing Opportunities, Candidates, Contacts, Leads and Companies between HubSpot and Bullhorn. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.

동기화 문제와 해결 방법으로 인해 이 통합은 유용한 데이터 전송 기능에도 불구하고 상당히 수동적이고 투박합니다.
동기화가 자주 중단되고 필요한 기능을 얻기 위해 자체적인 해결 방법을 만들어야 했습니다. 처음 HubSpot에 가입했을 때 기대했던 모든 기능을 제공하지는 않습니다.
이전에는 불혼 외부의 스프레드시트에서 이루어지던 다운로드 활동을 HubSpot의 다운로드 활동으로 불혼 시스템을 업데이트할 수 있게 되었습니다.
두 플랫폼 간에 노트를 가져오려면 노트 앱을 다운로드해야 했습니다. 두 플랫폼이 서로 다르게 동기화되기 때문에 매달 HubSpot에 거래를 수동으로 업로드해야 합니다. HubSpot은 모든 이메일 주소에 대해 새 연락처를 생성하기 때문에 수천 개의 중복 연락처가 생깁니다. 따라서 지원자가 하나의 이메일 주소로 Bullhorn에 저장되어 있고 채용 관리자 이메일 주소와 연결된 연락처가 있는 경우 HubSpot에 중복 기록이 생성됩니다. 동기화를 통해 Bullhorn 데이터가 업데이트되면서 우리가 알지 못했던 데이터가 변경되어 청구 연락처 및 프로세스가 엉망이 되는 문제가 여러 번 발생했습니다. 전반적으로 상당히 투박하고 동기화가 가장 효율적인 방식으로 작동하지 않았습니다.
