統合機能が完全に壊れており、サポートも皆無――この厄介な状況に対処するより、自分で作ったほうが簡単だ
このゴングの統合機能は役に立ちません。宣伝されている効果のほんの一部も達成できていません。
すべてのノートに「[Gong]」というタグを付け、機能しなくなった後に簡単に削除できるようにします。
録音された通話の同期が機能しませんでした。 30日以上もチケットへの返信がなく、解決策も提示されませんでした。 この連携機能は単にGongにデータを転送するだけで、HubSpotに情報を正しく取り込んでいません。 HubSpot → Gong 間の連携はほとんど機能しておらず、オブジェクトが正しく関連付けられていません。 正直なところ、Claude Code を契約して独自に連携機能を作成した方が簡単です。
