完全に壊れた統合とゼロのサポート - この混乱に対処するよりも、独自に構築する方が簡単です。
ゴングの統合は役に立たない。宣伝文句の何分の一も達成できない。
すべての音符に'[Gong]'タグを付けることで、効かなくなった音符を簡単に削除できる。
録音されたコールの同期がうまくいかなかった。 30日以上サポートからチケットの返信がなく、解決できなかった。 統合はゴングにプッシュするだけで、情報を本当にHubSpotに入れるわけではない。 HubSpot -> ゴングの統合部分はほとんど機能しておらず、オブジェクトを正しく関連付けることができない。 クロードコードサブスクリプションを取得し、独自の統合を作成する方が文字通り簡単です。
