Volledig gebroken integratie met nul ondersteuning - het is makkelijker om je eigen integratie te bouwen dan om met deze rommel om te gaan
De integratie van de gong helpt niet. Het bereikt geen fractie van wat het adverteert.
Voegt een '[Gong]' tag toe aan elke noot waardoor ze gemakkelijk te verwijderen zijn als ze niet werken.
Kon de synchronisatie voor opgenomen gesprekken niet aan de praat krijgen. Kon gedurende meer dan 30 dagen geen antwoord krijgen op een ticket met een oplossing. De integratie pusht je alleen maar naar Gong en zet de informatie niet echt in HubSpot. Het HubSpot -> Gong-gedeelte van de integratie werkt nauwelijks en koppelt objecten niet correct. Het is letterlijk eenvoudiger om een Claude-code-abonnement te nemen en je eigen integratie te maken.
