통합 기능이 완전히 망가졌고 지원도 전혀 없음 — 이 난장판을 감당하는 것보다 차라리 직접 만드는 편이 낫다
공 통합 기능은 별 도움이 되지 않습니다. 광고에서 내세운 기능의 극히 일부조차 달성하지 못합니다.
모든 노트에 '[Gong]' 태그를 추가하여, 작동하지 않을 때 쉽게 삭제할 수 있게 합니다.
녹음된 통화의 동기화가 작동하지 않았습니다. 30일 넘게 티켓에 대한 답변이나 해결책을 지원팀으로부터 받지 못했습니다. 이 연동 기능은 단순히 Gong으로 데이터를 전송할 뿐, 정보를 HubSpot에 제대로 반영하지는 않습니다. 통합 기능 중 HubSpot → Gong 부분은 거의 작동하지 않으며, 개체를 올바르게 연결하지 못합니다. 말 그대로 Claude 코드 구독을 신청하고 직접 통합 기능을 만드는 편이 더 쉽습니다.
