Completely broken integration with zero support - easier to build your own than deal with this mess
The gong integration is not helpful. It does not achieve a fraction of what it advertises.
Puts a '[Gong]' tag in every note which makes them easy to delete after they don't work.
Could not get the sync to work for recorded calls. Could not get support to respond to a ticket for over 30 days with any resolution. The integration is just pushing you to gong, not truly putting the info in HubSpot. The HubSpot -> Gong part of the integration is barely working and does not associate objects correctly. Literally easier to get a Claude code subscription and create your own integration.
