Essential for a Simple, Public, and Traceable Process for Inbound Leads
Sidekick is an essential part of my day-to-day. I am the team member in charge of qualifying, routing, and assigning new leads to the rest of the sales org. Lead scoring is often an extremely contentious topic for sales/marketing teams. People tend to argue about 'qualification' and 'assignments' because they don't understand the process behind why something is assigned the way it is. Sidekick has allowed us to create a transparent process that the whole team is able to collaborate on. It also saves me a lot of processing time. In a traditional HubSpot workflow, I'll have to follow a junk email or notification to get to a HubSpot page and then triangulate information from there. Sidekick will pull all information into a simple news feed and display only the relevant things I need to know in order to assign a lead. From there, I can toggle ownership, priority, status, and even enrichment from ZoomInfo. It's a subtle difference, but it takes my process time per lead from 2-5 minutes down to about 15-45 seconds. Huge change! Also, I have a much cleaner inbox. In addition, sidekick will create and manage individual channels as deals are created. This allows me to keep my communications organized between various projects, and push out notifications to the relevant deal teams much more easily than through an email chain. Also, I'm of the opinion that Slack integrations are the best way to manage tactical data manipulation tasks. It simplifies my 'care-abouts' and keeps me much more focused. Sidekick is an extremely good example of this sort of integration and is worth the time/effort to install and learn!
Sidekick pulls all incoming leads into one channel & allows users to toggle ownership, status, and priority. This is fed back into HubSpot. We can then track these leads in a dashboard. All members of the company have visibility into the workflow and actions taken. As a result, the team can understand at a glance how every single lead is tracked, evaluated, and acted upon.
