Integration Issues Overshadow Basic Functionality
TeleCMI VoIP system is working fine without much of technical problems.
Clients can be called directly within HubSpot without need to copy-paste contact to the TeleCMI.
After using the integration for some time, agents were not receiving a pop-up for incoming calls, although they could here a ring but were unable to pickup the call with absence of the pop-up prompt. TeleCMI support told it was problem from HubSpot side and HubSpot team denied to help citing there was no problem from their side.
