Integratieproblemen overschaduwen basisfunctionaliteit
Het TeleCMI VoIP systeem werkt prima zonder veel technische problemen.
Klanten kunnen direct binnen HubSpot worden gebeld zonder dat ze contact hoeven te kopiëren naar TeleCMI.
Na enige tijd gebruik te hebben gemaakt van de integratie, ontvingen agents geen pop-up voor inkomende gesprekken, hoewel ze wel een belsignaal konden horen, maar niet in staat waren om het gesprek aan te nemen omdat de pop-up prompt ontbrak. TeleCMI support vertelde dat het een probleem was aan de HubSpot kant en het HubSpot team weigerde te helpen met het argument dat er geen probleem was aan hun kant.
