Sync data between GoCardless and HubSpot without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between GoCardless and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
- Important note: This is a customer sync only for now. We are looking into adding more objects later!

Sync GoCardless and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing data (see below) between HubSpot and GoCardless. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.

Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter and up (paid). Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

It does not allow to send payment installments
We finally had to use Zappier for the integration because HubSpot does not allow us to integrate all the functionalities of the GoCardless tool without Operations Hub, which is a very expensive package. It is essential to be able to integrate with other tools on a day-to-day basis.
I need to issue personalized direct debit payments to my customers automatically and HubSpot's payment tool does not have that functionality.
Control and speed in the issuance of collections
Need to perform an external integration and assume the cost beyond the cost of the tool itself.
