Now that HubSpot has been integrated into inwink, marketers can automate their sales and marketing processes by synchronizing inwink contacts (participants, members, and partners) and their activities (registration, downloads, appointments made...) directly in HubSpot.

inwink synchronizes contact interactions, including basic or custom information and site actions, automatically to HubSpot. You decide whether to replace HubSpot data with inwink audience data for a more accurate database. Collected data benefits sales reps for tailored pitches or actions and marketers for targeted actions.

Rank your leads according to their activity in inwink
Track all actions (session attendance, consulted document ...) of your inwink contacts directly in their HubSpot record in order to assign them a score. With this lead scoring, marketers can identify the contacts who show the most interest in a product and automatically put them in a list of "qualified contacts" thanks to dynamic segmentation.

Integrate your inwink contacts into your HubSpot campaigns
Track contacts from your event and community operations within your HubSpot marketing campaigns for real-time updates. Get an accurate view of the ROI of your inwink events and communities.

Create dynamic contact lists from HubSpot Marketing Events
Marketers will be able to attach all contacts from their inwink events to a HubSpot Marketing Event. This will enable them to create dynamic contact lists based on event registrations, participations or unsubscriptions, and include them in HubSpot sequences.

Trigger workflows in HubSpot
By using inwink data as triggers, marketers and salespeople will be able to automate actions in HubSpot (welcome email, confirmation email, assign a lead, ...), and also update: - Contacts, companies, transactions, quotes and tickets in HubSpot. - The information sheets, for example by updating the company associated with a registered contact.

Très impressionnant de retrouver en temps réel toutes les inscrits et participants à nos évènement et nos communautés dans HubSpot avec la possibilité de remonter verts inwink des informations. Depuis HubSpot et en un clic on accède à toutes les informations qui restent historisées, un must !
