When syncing a contact, automatically creates a timestamped note in HubSpot containing the conversation summary, key takeaways, and next steps from the interaction — giving your sales team full context without manual data entry.

Contact Lookup & Enrichment
When scanning a badge at an event, PocketRecall checks if the contact already exists in your HubSpot CRM. If found, it pulls their profile, company, deals, notes, and recent activities (emails, calls, meetings, tasks) — so you have full context before the conversation even starts.

Automatic Note Creation
When syncing a contact, automatically creates a timestamped note in HubSpot containing the conversation summary, key takeaways, and next steps from the interaction — giving your sales team full context without manual data entry.

Import Contact Data from HubSpot

Only contacts that are manually entered or scanned via badge at events in PocketRecall trigger a data sync with HubSpot.
Reconciliation is based on the professional email address, or a combination of first name, last name, and company name when no email is available.
