Unbeatable pricing simulator and stunning visual proposals make this the best CPQ tool after 5 years of daily use, despite needing better HubSpot sync and API access
We have been using Qwilr daily for over 5 years, and it is simply the best CPQ software we have worked with. Qwilr has significantly improved the way we build, present, and manage our sales proposals. The tool is mature, reliable, and perfectly suited for teams focused on performance and client experience.
The pricing simulator is unbeatable. This is the main reason why we use Qwilr so extensively. It allows us to structure complex offers, adjust pricing in real time, and maintain strong commercial consistency across proposals. The proposals themselves are highly visual, modern, and professional. We really value the design quality, which clearly elevates the perceived value of our offers and creates a much stronger impact with clients.
There are very few downsides to mention. Like any powerful tool, Qwilr requires some upfront structure to get the most out of it, but this is largely outweighed by the value it delivers.

Visually stunning proposals but template creation requires design expertise or paid services
We are using for proposals only, Can't replace our I/O process (using HubSpot quotes)
Crushes visually, need to have our designer create templates.
Still in first iterations, If you don't have a designer that can create templates, it is not super great as you have to use their services and will charge you for that.
