Great Tool Despite Frustrating Contact Upsert Issues
It works exactly as expected 97% of the time. But those 3% are pretty annoying. Basically, the upsert function of a couple integrations return a "Contact already exists". Guess it's on Segment's side, since I don't see an upsert function on the API doc, except for batch.
Quick setup (like real quick!) and easy to send custom events, contacts and a bunch more stuff that could be a pain to integrate manually.
It needs more reliability when upserting contacts. But it is worth it.

Powerful way to send data to HubSpot, but takes some work
We found Twilio Segment to be our preferred way to pipe data into HubSpot from our App and other sources. Be warned though that it takes some work. HubSpot is finicky with the formatting of property fields, and it took us quite a bit of trial and error to get things right. But now that it is working, it's reliable and supports our use case. I'd suggest looping in a developer or highly technical person to save yourself some trouble during configuration.
