Send Message on WhatsApp
To send messages on click on the plus icon after which you will be prompted with a window on the right where you can select the option to send a message on WhatsApp.
Send WhatsApp Messages from Contact Workflows
When in a contact workflow, you can use contacts token to customize the template variables. Once enrolled the contact will be sent a WhatsApp message as shown in the image on the right.
Delivery Updates on Timeline
Once a message is sent. Delivery updates will automatically be added to the contact timeline as shown in the image on the right
Message Contacts right from HubSpot
You can now directly talk to customers from right inside HubSpot. Just visit the contact and click on the Message on WhatsApp

Pretty decent integration backed by a helpful and responsive support team. This app is still growing and evolving, with new features being introduced regularly.
Cost effective, many useful features for automation and follow up.
1. People who are used to creating HubSpot's Templates and Workflows may find the same features here less flexible or limited. 2. No phone app yet
