WoodsPortal lets you build secure, custom-branded customer portals, partner portals, dealer portals, and member portals directly within HubSpot CMS pages.
Give external users controlled access to the HubSpot data relevant to them. They can view and update CRM records, upload files, leave notes, and interact with standard or custom objects.
Access is role-based, association-aware, and works with HubSpot workflows. HubSpot remains your system of record, with no CRM duplication or sync delays.

A great improvement on the customer portal
We searched high and low for a replacement for HubSpot's native customer portal for service ticketing. This is the only one that covers the gaps. We've had stellar reviews from our customers interacting with the customer portal after implementing.
Great development team and customer care. Open to product feedback and improvement requests. Reasonably priced.
