Mala experiencia
Más que ayudarme a ser más productivo me hacia re trabajar muchos de mis procesos. Directamente enviaba cualquier chat de la cuenta de Whatsapp empresarial a la agenda de HubSpot sin permitir categorizar, inhabilito mis etiquetas de seguimiento así como mis plantillas predeterminadas con las que trabajaba en whats app. Sólo aparece como una extensión en el navegador, no hay manual de uso o configuración, con la versión actual de HubSpot que se maneja no me pareció una opción adecuada. Una vez configurada y activa en el navegador la extensión arrojaba un error y no me permitia identificar cual era ya que sólo aparecia un codigo en HTML. Creo que requiere manual de uso, sugerencias para mejorar la productividad previo a ofrecer la prueba gratuita, me lleve una pésima experiencia de uso.

No cuentas con manual, no tiene opciones para configurar, fue muy dificil el poder cancelar, no hay sugerencias de uso o como mejorar la productividad, es una herramienta que definitivamente no recomendaría

NUNCA SE SINCRONIZO
Nunca se logro sincroniza, es una herramienta y soporte técnico disponible en Ingles, la única forma de soporte es con una llamada en horas fuera de lo común, un manual en varios idiomas ayudaría mucho, para los que no hablamos ingles en regiones como latinoamerica
