The Black Sheep team were awesome to work with, right from the outset it was clear that they were interested in understanding our business, and what we were looking to achieve, before then applying their expertise to deliver on time, on brief and on budget. I was particularly appreciative of Kienens willingness to understand our level of capability and expertise, so that all of our conversations and meetings were productive and helpful. Where many agencies have a tendency to project themselves as the all knowing oracles, the Black Sheep team listened to us, processed our goals and objectives and then provided us a clear path forward which aligned with HubSpots intended functionality. We initially engaged them for help specifically related to our CMS, but they also provided valuable input into our pending CRM implementation.
