South Waikato Garage Doors new web page

Webpage design and development was good. The layout is excellent and the finished product looks good. I was somewhat disappointed with the timeliness of some of the communication between the developer and myself. I would say also that the time I had to spend on the webpage personally was not really understood from us at the onset. I understand that initially I was very busy in my business and also was dealing with a very sick wife that I did not have a lot of time to dedicate to this but from my point of view I also really did not understand the process too well and was unable to visualize the webpage "look" and as I am not a web designer I didn't really know where to start. It is also my opinion that the training I received to use HubSpot to undertake the website layout was minimal. I basically had to work this out myself. It is fortunate that I have some level of computer literacy otherwise the webpage would not have had the level of detail that it does. Issues with the sizing of photos frustrated me immensely and is still an issue. I am happy with the final layout and have managed to even create my own page. My suggestion would be that a new customer who is offered the same or similar service should be offered some form of one-on-one training so they do not feel so intimidated by the process and perhaps a layman's explanation of the process and whats involved.

Expertise with great collaboration - would recommend to a friend.

I was particularly appreciative of Kienens willingness to understand our level of capability and expertise, so that all of our conversations and meetings were productive and helpful. Where many agencies have a tendency to project themselves as the all knowing oracles, the Black Sheep team listened to us, processed our goals and objectives and then provided us a clear path forward which aligned with HubSpots intended functionality. We initially engaged them for help specifically related to our CMS, but they also provided valuable input into our pending CRM implementation. Overall, the BlackSheep team were fantastic to work with and made it easy for us to be a client, they established themselves as a valuable technical partner for Fundtap, and I expect will be ongoing contributors to our growth.
