I was particularly appreciative of Kienens willingness to understand our level of capability and expertise, so that all of our conversations and meetings were productive and helpful. Where many agencies have a tendency to project themselves as the all knowing oracles, the Black Sheep team listened to us, processed our goals and objectives and then provided us a clear path forward which aligned with HubSpots intended functionality. We initially engaged them for help specifically related to our CMS, but they also provided valuable input into our pending CRM implementation. Overall, the BlackSheep team were fantastic to work with and made it easy for us to be a client, they established themselves as a valuable technical partner for Fundtap, and I expect will be ongoing contributors to our growth.
