Outstanding HubSpot Training Experience

Our sales team at Event Pilots recently completed two 2.5‑hour HubSpot training sessions with Mart Looms from Cuex, recommended to us by HubSpot. The experience was excellent. Mart is highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and explains everything with clarity and confidence. He answered every question—technical or strategic—without hesitation. Across both sessions, he helped us map and structure our full sales process in HubSpot, set up our pipelines, discuss automation opportunities, and define the right dashboards and KPIs for our team. They provide logical solutions for large scale projects such as creating a custom quote builder for our complex capital equipment as well as ongoing support for improving our outbound marketing. Helped quickly and competently

We've been working with HubSpot for a few years and wanted our new website to be in this as well. Cuex quickly and skillfully converted our graphic design into templates. Throughout the process they also thought along with new insights and came up with appropriate solutions or good advice. Since we are quite technically savvy ourselves, they laid a good foundation for us to continue working on.

As someone who has never worked with HubSpot, Alex has been an amazing guide in helping me advance my knowledge base and skill set. My colleagues who have had past experience in HubSpot have now come to me for assistance. I really enjoyed how Alex took the time to hear my thought process rather than simply telling me what to do. This guidance tactic meant I could learn quickly and understand the logic rather than just doing what someone says. He is great at pointing me in the correct direction rather than spoon-feeding me. Alex can get into the different mindsets of the different positions within our team, meaning he can give specific and relevant advice and solutions. No matter the question or problem raised, he thinks about it from absolutely every angle, leaving no stone unturned, which we really appreciate. He is fast, clear and reliable. Excellent Migration and top-notch support

CUEX has stood out throughout the process by being patient, understanding, and proactive with us. Guus took his time to understand our issues and concerns and provide a solution that would work for us. Since we started, the team has been quick to respond, has showcased their deep understanding of the systems, and has been happy to provide us with the assistance we needed. We had really specific and detailed requests, and they extended their services to help us overcome them and provided advice on the topics we might have otherwise missed. There were a few bumps here and there, especially in the early stage of establishing comms, but this was quickly resolved. And if you take away anything from this review - keep this in mind, as it is essential.

Pleasant approach

I had worked with Cuex in the past and came to know their staff members as efficient and to the point. When I now needed help with some specific reporting and user questions, they helped me out in a tailored session which was, again, efficient and addressed all my points.
