Jeg kan varmt anbefale CUEX som HubSpot-partner. De leverer logiske løsninger til store projekter som f.eks. at skabe en tilpasset tilbudsbygger til vores komplekse kapitaludstyr samt løbende support til at forbedre vores udgående markedsføring. De er et godt bureau at arbejde sammen med; de giver indsigt på højt niveau og teknisk support sammen med kreative input til aspekter som f.eks. landingsside-skabeloner. Vores account manager Katie er især en fornøjelse at arbejde sammen med, og vi er altid taknemmelige for hendes støtte.

Hurtig og kompetent service

Vi har arbejdet med HubSpot i et par år nu og ønskede, at vores nye hjemmeside også skulle være det. Cuex konverterede vores grafiske design til skabeloner hurtigt og dygtigt. Gennem hele processen tænkte de også med nye indsigter og kom med passende løsninger eller gode råd. Da vi selv er ret teknisk kyndige, lagde de et godt fundament, som vi selv kunne arbejde videre med.

Great Support and Effective Problem-Solving

CuEx assisted our organization with the HubSpot onboarding process, and their approach—particularly Levi’s—was pragmatic, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Levi responded quickly to any questions and went the extra mile to find solutions to the challenges that arose during implementation. As someone who has never worked with HubSpot, Alex has been an amazing guide in helping me advance my knowledge base and skill set. My colleagues who have had past experience in HubSpot have now come to me for assistance. I really enjoyed how Alex took the time to hear my thought process rather than simply telling me what to do. This guidance tactic meant I could learn quickly and understand the logic rather than just doing what someone says. He is great at pointing me in the correct direction rather than spoon-feeding me. Alex can get into the different mindsets of the different positions within our team, meaning he can give specific and relevant advice and solutions. No matter the question or problem raised, he thinks about it from absolutely every angle, leaving no stone unturned, which we really appreciate. He is fast, clear and reliable. We really enjoy working with Alex.

Excellent Migration and top-notch support

CUEX has stood out throughout the process by being patient, understanding, and proactive with us. Guus took his time to understand our issues and concerns and provide a solution that would work for us. Since we started, the team has been quick to respond, has showcased their deep understanding of the systems, and has been happy to provide us with the assistance we needed. We had really specific and detailed requests, and they extended their services to help us overcome them and provided advice on the topics we might have otherwise missed. There were a few bumps here and there, especially in the early stage of establishing comms, but this was quickly resolved. And if you take away anything from this review - keep this in mind, as it is essential.

Pleasant approach

I had worked with Cuex in the past and came to know their staff members as efficient and to the point. When I now needed help with some specific reporting and user questions, they helped me out in a tailored session which was, again, efficient and addressed all my points. I have no doubt recommending Cheryl and her team at Cuex!
