We implemented HubSpot as a solution for our Customer Care team to manage servicing tickets. Kongo provided the expertise and recommendations to ensure we were using HubSpot to the fullest extent. They provided the developers to ensure HubSpot was customised as much as possible for our team to utilise. No request was too small or too big and they also provided videos along the way to show us the process for making tweaks to the CRM.

Kongo was fantastic in supporting us onboard with HubSpot! We had been using Mailchimp for years, so it was a big change for us, and Kongo were fantastic in helping us navigate the step up. They helped us prepare our lists (which were super messy), design our contact database structure, get our website integrated with HubSpot, and helped us set up all our automations! Alex was always available to answer any of our questions, was very patient with us and went above and beyond and this helped set us up for success with HubSpot.
